Our engineers visit your backyard and complete a full feasibility assessment.
We look at every angle, and consider your municipality's by-laws to ensure an Atella fits for your property. (This work is done free of charge!)
Proposal Sign Off
We prepare a site plan, assembly program and formal proposal. We walk you through everything, step by step.
Permit Application
Our team of prepares and submit a permit application on your behalf to your local building department.
Site Preparation
Upon permit approval, we begin work on installing the foundation and utility connections. Our project managers oversee the entire process.
From this point, we are 75 days from your finished Atella.
Atella Assembly
We begin installation on your Atella. No loud machinery or heavy equipment and minimal disruption to your home. Our bonded construction manager oversees the assembly.
Service Connections
We connect your Atella to all utility connections and complete all inspections with permit officers.
